Hi lovely crafty friends, today I have cardstock only fancy cards and invitations. There are some cool ways to make plain pretty posh and you don’t have to break the bank to do so.
By the way, on all but one card I made VellyBands, BellyBands made out of vellum, makes sense doesn’t it:-)

Wonderful layers of cardstock and embossed pattern give this card a fancy look and make it a super cool card. On the inside panel is space for sentiment or invitation.
A combination of Tim Holtz – 3D Embossing Folder – Crackle ( SBC | SSS ) for the panels and Tim Holtz Crochet ( SBC | SSS ) for the VellyBand.
The number 80 is glued to an Oval ( SBC | SSS ) embossed with 3D Embossing Folder – Floral Mandala ( SBC | SSS ) for some extra texture.
This card has a super luxurious look because of the colours an used texture. White and purple can add that super fancy feel, combined with Embossing Folder – Engraved ( SBC | SSS ) you get an awesome pattern, maybe posh even:-)
Add a VellyBand with Sizzix – Thinlits Dies – Bold Flowers ( SBC ) and some Bright White Vellum ( SBC ) to top it off.
Layers and fancy folded Gatefold cards always do the trick to make gorgeous invitations and cards.
On this card purple and lilac were combined with white a hint of green and the vellum. The lilac panels were embossed with 3D Embossing Folder – Adorned Tile ( SBC | SSS )
There is space to add the sentiment and additional text to the inside of the card.
On the inside of the card cut out of the same cardstock I added the Mandala ( SBC ). The panels are embossed with Embossing Folder Floral Mandala ( SBC | SSS )
The Detailed Butterflies ( SBC | SSS ) an older set I never grow tired of was used to make a vellum envelope (maybe calling it a vellum-velope is a bit too far of a stretch:-)
