Hi lovely crafty friends, I decided to turn this month into May Mini Album Month. Starting with 3 Leather Look mini albums.

Mini albums are fun to craft and they make great gifts too.

The outside cover of all albums was made with the Art By Marlene Faux Leather Sheets ( JGG | ECS ) They have the look and feel of real leather with a fabric layer on the inside. The sheets are easy to cut with both dies and scissors.

For the mini-album, I used the Studio Light Art By Marlene Journal Cutting Die ( JGG | ECS ). This set has the outside cover and the inside page die as well as many fun elements to embellish and decorate.

Here are all three albums together. Both the Journal Cutting Die ( JGG | ECS ) and the Faux Leather Sheets ( JGG | ECS ) are from the same Dutch designer.

The front cover is embellished with glitter foam bits, cut with a die from same the journal set. A few rhinestones were added for some extra bling. 

The handmade paper beads make pretty dangles.

The sentiment was cut with the Studio Light Cutting Die Alphabet Essentials ( ECS )

This one-piece die contains a few of each letter and is a nice size for journals and cards and other craft projects. Not too small and easy to work with.

The white leather sheet is from the same set that comes in a package of three and is very easy to cut with a die cutting machine, as well as with scissors.

Another sentiment with the alphabet die, with gold glitter card on green cardstock.

For the silver album the white and gold pieces are used as inlays as well as some silver glitter card.

The inside of each album was covered with collage paper from two different blocks. Studio Light Art By Marlene – Marlene’s World Collection – Collage Paper CPBM09 ( JGG | ECS ) and CPBM08 ( JGG | ECS )

They come in gorgeous colourful designs and are easy to work with. These go really fast, just so you know if you are interested.
