Hi lovely crafty friends, today I have another collaboration project with Justine Hovey.
We are repeating last years Card Making Hacks that you all loved and we came up with more super cool hacks that you have to try, or at least a few of them:-)
(All supplies are linked to different stores at the end of this post in the thumbnails. The different stores are also linked behind the product name. Among them are affiliate links that may be used at no cost to you.)
This video is packed with fun card making hacks and tips and tricks, no number this time I lost count:-) So make sure to watch the video to see all techniques at work.
This super cool plastic texture technique is so easy and the Cosmic Shimmer – Pixie Powder – Golden Mint ( SBC | JGG ) and Purple Violet( SBC | JGG ) with the amazing shimmer give this technique even a bit extra.
I used the Hero Arts – Die and Stamp Set – Congrats Happy ( SBC | ELH | HA ) for the sentiments on a bunch of cards
With Ranger Ink – Tim Holtz – Distress Micro Glaze ( SBC | JGG | RNG ) you can get the coolest resist effect. In one layer or more mixing different brands ink there are lots of possibilities.
The Tim Holtz – Layering Stencil – Decayed ( SBC | JGG ) and Hero Arts – Stencils – Large Flower( SBC | HA ) were used on these cards. Depending on the inks you use you can get a more or less grungy effect.
Here are a few more cards with the Distress Glaze resist technique and Ranger Ink – Glossy Accents ( SBC | ELH | JGG )
Fo the sentiments I used the We R Memory Keepers – Jen Hadfield – Embossing Folder ( SBC ) with Tim Holtz – 8 x 8 Kraft Stock – Metallic( SBC | JGG )
Here are two more graphics to Pin “Craft hacks that blew my mind part 2” to your favourite Pinterest Board! And don’t forget to share with your friends, thanks so much for your support!
I hope liked these fun hacks and want to give it a go yourself. Thanks for stopping by and make sure to keep on crafting!

I would love to enjoy your videos, as I’m partially deaf, I can’t! Would you consider Closed-Captioning, so more people can enjoy your videos? Thank you for considering this request!
Dear Gloria, in the past I have added closed captions to my videos and it seemed that over half the viewers watch my videos with the sound off and the captions are used for less than 1%. I did scripting back then and it was a lot of work to add them to the video. Now I am doing voiceover without a script so I would have to pay for the captions. My videos are free for everyone to watch so investing in captions is just not an option at the moment, sorry about that. But if you see something and you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask, I am glad to help!
