stamping platform hack

Hi lovely crafty friends, today I have some multi flower cards. The weather is so depressing lately that I thought we could use some flowers.

And I have a super easy and cool trick on how to multi stamp with the Tim Holtz Stamping Platform, that you will love!

Easy Stamping Tool Hack

I have tried the multi stamp technique on the platform and it works really well and it only needs a small adjustment and you may already have it right at home. So be sure to watch the video were I explain it all.

Here you can see the stamped cards together, I used multiple stamps for each card and even with lots of stamps added to the platform it worked like a charm.

For the cards I used Textured Flowers ( RBB ), Crazy Flowers #1( RBB ) and Textured Christmas Green ( RBB ) Rubber Dance stamps.

I used the Tonic Studios – Tim Holtz – Stamp Platform( SBC | CST | TNCUKto make all cards and with a little trick I could save a lot of time by using a bunch of stamps to stamp at the same time.

Multi Colour Blended Background

I coloured the stamped background with Make Art – Blendable Dye Ink Pad – Bluebird ( SBC ), Leaf Green( SBC ) and Prickly Pear ( SBC )

I used a printed sentiment and Tim Holtz – Thinlits Die – Crochet ( SBC | CRF | CST ) to add the fun lace like element.

Use Your Poinsettia Stamps

I coloured the background with Distress Ink – Rusty Hinge ( SBC | CST | CRF ) Crushed Olive( SBC | CST | CRF ) and Dried Marigold( SBC | CST | CRF )

I added a border with Tim Holtz – 3D Impresslits – Embossing Folder – Lattice Trim ( SBC | CRF | CST ) and finished with a printed sentiment

Two Colour Blended Background

On this card I used Distress Ink – Evergreen Bough ( SBC | CST | CST ) and Shaded Lilac ( SBC | CRF | CST ) to colour the background again with ink blending.

And here is another close up of the crochet die and the lattice trim in white this time, I added a printed sentiment again to finish the card.

Use Happy Colours

I used the ink blending tool and Make Art – Blendable Dye Ink Pad – Garden Patina ( SBC )
with Cactus Flower ( SBC ) and Pink Peony ( SBC) to colour this background.

And the trick with the stamping platform allows you to multi stamp with small and big stamps added pretty close together too.

I hope you are inspired to try some multi flower stamping yourself. Thanks for stopping by and make sure to keep on crafting!
